1. The personnel was very polite and helpful. We were given a room upgrade as we arrived earlier than our check-in time and our originally booked room was not available. For this we are very grateful - they had absolutely no obligation to assist us in such a way especially for a Saturday night reservation 3. The room was clean with very good facilities 4. The view from the room was very nice (if you do not cope well with heights the balcony is not an option for you as it is small and the rails are quite short) 5. The hotel location is decent - nice safe area with many options for coffee and food and near to the Metro station (red line)

We booked into this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic control issue. Had we found this hotel earlier we would have booked for the previous days we spent in Rome. Hotel is amazing, location is ideal for Termini and sightseeing. Breakfast was exceptional with hot and cold foods. We particularly appreciated the dressing gown and slippers which were welcome after a long day sightseeing. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Roof terrace gives fantastic views of Rome, however we found the drinks to be expensive, 15 Euro for a glass of wine or beer.

We had arrived early on the morning of check-in, and not only were we upgraded, but our room was made available to us within half an hour of our arrival. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had good views of the surrounding area. The roof-top bar was a good spot, with lovely views. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of hot and cold options. Most importantly, the location was perfect, just a block away from the Metro, the various tourist buses, AND Roma Terminale. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel. the rooms are very nice, comfy, very clean. I highly recommend staying there. The staff are very friendly and professional. A very large breakfast is served as a buffet. There is also a rooftop bar with a beautiful view. We got there early and they held our bags. There was a nice bathroom where I could reapply make up after a long flight. The hotel will help you get a cab or anything you need. We have stayed there twice. They make you feel at home. Book early. They get booked up.

The room was spacious and they give you robes and slippers that were very comfortable. After a 10 hour flight from Miami, it was what we needed to shower and take a nap. There is also a good restaurant across the street, and the food is amazing. Also, the breakfast that was included with the nights stay was wonderful with eggs, omelettes, ham, cheese, croissants.
